This is an invitation to nourish your mind, body & soul in the heart of the beautiful Peak District.

Join us for a wonderful weekend of yoga, complimentary massage, wild swimming in the River Derwent, optional sauna and cold baths, a guided walk, a soothing sound bath, delicious vegetarian food, and solstice celebrations around the fire pit with live music. Expect laughter, connection, and free time to relax and restore.

Twice Daily Yoga Practices

Morning Vinyasa — a dynamic flow to energise and awaken the body.

Evening Restorative — a gentle, calming practice to relax and restore.

Friday night — "Welcome Flow"  |  Monday morning — "Flow & Go"

A brand-new location for 2027 — a unique off-grid glamping venue based in the beautiful North Wales countryside.

Join us for a wonderful weekend of yoga, a soothing sound bath, sauna sessions with a wild pond cold dip on Saturday and Sunday, delicious vegetarian food, evenings around the fire pit, and a walk up to the ancient hill fort of Caer Drewyn. Expect laughter, connection, and free time to relax and restore.
